STEVEN SANDERSON
Steven Sanderson is one of the director of Sereco Windows; having been nearly 40 years in the trade and qualified originally as a joiner, he is highly experienced in his field. His extensive knowledge of uPVC, aluminium and timber wins our business a lot of work as he offers very informative and in-depth consultations on not only construction issues but also advises on styles, building requirements and what would really suit a property.
His extensive knowledge of windows, doors and conservatory products and being a qualified joiner timber products, he brought the business into high-end timber installations which now forms approximately 40% of our business and expanding.
MARKETING DIRECTOR
ELAINE SANDERSON
Elaine Sanderson is the other director of Sereco Windows; Elaine runs the business behind the scenes from the initial phone call, organising your initial visit through to quoting and ordering products as well as scheduling in all the installations.
Having run a lead agency in the past year she is highly qualified to get leads for the business which is the lifeblood.
She will often be the one answering the phone and dealing with your initial enquiry!
CHIELF FITTER AND SURVEYOR
DOUG MOORE
Doug Moore is our chief fitter and he has been in the industry for 20 years. He is very reliable, trustworthy and very meticulous in his work.
He is a fully MTC qualified fitter, which is what the industry requires by law and he can work and install on any uPVC, timber and aluminium project to perfection.
Doug has been with our company for 12 years now and is a very important part of our team!

ROBERT WATKINSION
Robert Watkinson is a fitter in our team and Is young and highly skilled in his work. Trained up by Steven, he has learnt Steven’s meticulous ways of installing windows, doors and conservatories so that we leave every client 100% happy.
The whole ethos of our company is quality product, meticulous installs and good finishing off - without rushing installations.
He is also a qualified fitter and he can work and install on any uPVC, timber and aluminium project to perfection.
He’s also called out on sales calls on occasions and is renowned for his happy and polite attitude and manner.
ADMIN AND QUOTING
LYNN MASON
Lynn brings with her a wealth of experience in the admin and marketing world and works remotely and behind the scenes.
She is relied on for her skills of organization and her friendly and polite telephone manner. She does more with the aftercare service and issuing your Certass certificates and IBG certificates so that if ever you sell your house you are fully covered.
